Geoff Feltner - Principal
After serving Active Duty in the United States Marine Corp, Geoff started his career in the insurance industry working for The Aetna in the mid-70s.  Then in the early 80s Geoff moved back to the Rochester Area and opened The Feltner Group, which he has owned and operated for the past 28 years. During those years Geoff raised three children with his wife Jane and has been an active member of the Spencerport community.  In recent years Geoff has been involved with many organizations including sitting on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army and holding the position of Ski Patrol Director for Swain Ski and Board Resort.  In 2008 Geoff was awarded the Citizen of the Year award for the Village of Spencerport.  Geoff continues to have an active roll in the agency along with the community. 

Peter Feltner - Producer
Peter has been around the insurance industry his whole life in one way or another. In 2006 Peter moved back to the area and joined the agency. Peter was married in September of 2007 and is active in the local community. He sits on the board for the Spencerport Chamber of Commerce, is also a part of the Salvation Army National Disaster Relief Team and a volunteer with the National Ski Partol at Swain Resort.

PERSONAL LINES

Alison Sciarratta - Personal Lines Manager

Alison began her insurance career in 1989 working for a regional insurance company. In 1997 she obtained her NY State Broker’s license and continued her insurance career working for a local agent in her home town. In 1999 she moved to the Rochester area and joined The Feltner Group. In her years with The Feltner Group she has advanced from a customer service representative to personal lines manager where she oversees the personal lines department for The Feltner Group. Alison is currently working on the Accredited Advisor of Insurance designation which she will use to give you the most comprehensive review of your insurance needs. Alison is a huge Disney fan and loves to spend her vacations at Walt Disney World whenever possible. She loves Disney so much she even had her wedding there in April 2008.


Jeannine Bianchi - Senior Account Manager
Jeannine began her insurance career in 1991 and joined the Feltner Group in 1999. She obtained her NYS Insurance Brokers License at that time and is currently in the process of working towards an Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation in Personal Lines. Jeannine completed the Dale Carnegie course in Effective Communications & Human Relations and is committed to take on any challenge brought forth to enhance her growth and success in the insurance field. She very much enjoys her job and working with others which shows in her work ethics. In 2008, Jeannine became an active member of The Rochester Woman’s Network and enjoys meeting new people. She is also a proud parent of a 2009 Hilton High School Graduate, who now attends Monroe Community College. 

COMMERCIAL LINES

Theresa Bansbach - Commercial Lines Manager
Theresa, or better known as Teri, began her insurance career back in 1991 when she worked for the local Rochester office of The Travelers Insurance Company. She started in the Life, Health & Annuity Department until 1994 then transitioned into the Commerical Lines Department working on both small and large accounts. Teri joined The Feltner Group in May of 2007  as the Commerical Lines Manager and within her first year she obtained her NYS Insurance Brokers License.  She continues to assist both new and existing clients by providing them with superior customer service on the Commerical Insurance needs. Teri currently resides in Hilton with her husband and daughter. 

Kim Sawyer - Commercial Lines Assistant

Kim joined The Feltner Group and the insurance industry in July of 2008, bringing with her nine years of experience in customer service, sales and branch operations in the banker's world.  In 2009 Kim obtained her NYS Insurance Brokers License and is eager to assist current and new clients to The Feltner Group. Kim resides in Kendall with her husband and daughter.   

SUPPORT STAFF 

Sue Downs - Claims Specialist

Sue is the newest member to join the Feltner Group as a claims specialist, where she helps maintain a clear channel of communication between our clients and their insurance carriers by following up on claim activity and assisting with any questions that may arise in regards to your claims.  Before coming to the Feltner Group Sue owned and operated Gates Electric which she started 26 years ago.  Born in Gates, she now resides in Churchville with her husband John, with whom she has two grown children.
